1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

  • Standard Shipping: Flat rate of $10 for orders under $70; free shipping for orders over $70."

3. International Shipping

  • We currently do not offer international shipping.

4. Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

5. Delivery Delays

  • Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you promptly if there are significant delays.

6. Damages

Return & Refund Policy

At The Green Flame Candles, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

1. Returns

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

  • Timeframe: You have 7 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return.

2. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at info@thegreenflamecandles.com.au with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions on how to return your item.

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 2-5 days.

4. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at info@thegreenflamecandles.com.au .

5. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
